Walnut fruit energy mix



  • Dried apricots – 200 g
  • Raisins – 200 g
  • Prunes – 200 g
  • Walnut – 200 g
  • Hazelnut – 200 g
  • Honey – 200 g
  • Lemon – 1 pc


  1. Wash the apricots, raisins, prunes, walnuts, hazelnuts and lemon. Then twist everything in a food processor.
  2. In the resulting mixture, add honey.
  3. Again, mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a glass jar.
  5. The mixture was stored in a refrigerator.

Well suited for tea and very satisfying. Can be taken to work or to give the children to take to school. The mixture is thick and not spread.
