- Arrowroot biscuits-10-12
- Cocoa powder-2 tablespoon
- Powdered sugar-2 tablespoon
- Milk-3-4 tablespoon
- Desiccated coconut-1 cup
- Cocoa powder-3 tablespoon
- Powdered sugar-3 tablespoon
- Green cardamom powder-½ teaspoon
- Vanilla essence-1 teaspoon
- Butter-2 tablespoon
Put arrowroot biscuits in a bowl and crush them to a fine powder. Add cocoa powder, sugar and milk and mix well and knead into a soft dough.
To make filling, put desiccated coconut in another bowl, add cocoa powder, powdered sugar, green cardamom powder, vanilla essence and butter and mix well.

This recipe can be made with buckwheat, couscous, burghul or cracked wheat
- 400g buckwheat, couscous, burghul or cracked wheat
- 200g green (spring) onions
- 250 g chopped parsley
- 300 g chopped lettuce
- 200 g chopped tomatoes
- 300 g tomato paste
- Sea salt and ground red and black pepper
- 1 lemon
Macerate 400 gr buckwheat, couscous, burghul or cracked wheat with hot water and leave it for 30 min. Then chop 200 gr green (spring) onions, 250 gr parsley, 300 gr lettuce and add to the mass. Add 200 gr chopped tomato and 300 gr tomato paste. Then add spices like red and bleak pepper (minced), salt and olive oil (200 gr). Add squeezed lemon juice or chopped lemon as well. Place the salad in the fridge in order tastes got mixed and serve with fresh lettuce leaves.

I’m sick of forgetting food in the freezer again. Food had gotten expired or just totally forgotten in the kitchen. To name a few of the recent ruined things: lamb shanks, osso bucco and Eggs. Annoying.
As a night crawler, I usually buy food in bulk to avoid rush times. But the problem is that i sometimes throw expensive food out because i have forgotten it in the back of my fridge. I live alone in the downtown and there is nobody to remind me of the various items left in my fridge. The bad thing is that i had no money to replace them. i had it in mind that i have something to fall on as food when i get home. Now, it’s a bunch of disappointment that i got. It does also happen with the things i kept in the kitchen.
