I really love this smoothie. It is so refreshing and also gives me a feeling like I am on a tropical beach with a good book and warm sea. It is very easy and you can prepare it quickly.
- 200 grams of pineapple juice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 1 TBL coconut flesh (or shredded coconut)1 cup ice cubes
Optional: sweetener or honey .
Blend the ingredients together until smooth. Decorate it with coconut flakes and lime zest. Enjoy it !
