  1. Finely chop the onions and fry lightly in vegetable oil.
  2. Chop the hazelnuts and add them, with the breadcrumbs, to the onion mixture.
  3. Next add the cereals, mixed herbs, Salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  4. Finally at beaten egg and tin tomatoes.Put mixture into a greased loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes at 400°F (gas mark 6).
