While catching up on my favorite blogger, the Londoner, I came across a meal inspiration she posted from Italy. Meatball Marinara. My mouth watering and mind racing, mentally scanning my cupboards to see if I have the all necessary ingredients for this scrumptious dish, I was delighted to find that not only did I have all the ingredients but also that I would be using the rest of my homemade marinara sauce!
I jumped on Pinterest to scour through recipes for skillet meatball marinara, and boy are there a lot!
Here is my tweaked recipe including the steps for the marinara sauce and my slightly original meatball recipe. If you want to save time, feel free to use store bought marinara and frozen meatballs. I’m sure it will taste great! …But not as good as homemade.
