Instructions
  1. First, in a large skillet, cook garlic in oil until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Be careful here, I look away for a second and they are burnt.
  2. Add in butter, milk and chicken broth to skillet and bring to a boil.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add in pasta. Bring to boil then simmer for 18 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Once pasta is to your desired softness/toughness, turn off heat and add in parmesan. Stir 'till you have a creamy consistency. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley on top.
Recipe Notes

I have a confession. I love, love, LOVE garlic. So, when I saw it combined with my other loves (cheese and carbs) I was all on board. This recipe is really simple and takes only about a half an hour. This recipe makes enough food for about 4 hungry people.
