Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles following pack instructions. Rinse in cold water to stop them sticking and set aside.
  2. Mix the sesame oil with the olive oil, and heat half in a wok until hot. Stir-fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes until golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Heat the remaining oil in a pan until hot. Stir-fry the onion, carrots, broccolini, garlic and cabbage for 2 minutes, add 2 tablespoons water and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, drained noodles and part-cooked chicken.
  5. Cook for another few minutes until the chicken is cooked through, with no pink showing.
  6. Slice the salad onion along it's length and use to garnish.
  7. Spinkle the sesame seeds before serving or allow diners to sprinkle their own!
Recipe Notes

Stir-fry is as flexible as the ingredients you have. Anything can go in. Chuck in peppers, mushrooms, or whatever you have that needs using up.
