Instructions
- Line an 8 inch flan dish with a pastry.
- Fry the chopped bacon, onion, mushrooms and tomato until the onion is soft.
- Put cheese into a bowl and add the beaten eggs, milk Salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the fried mixture and stir.
- Put this into the flan dish and bake at 400°F gas mark 6 for approximately 30 minutes or until the flange has set.
- If the top is browning too quickly reduce the heat to 350°F until cooked.
