Instructions
  1. Prepare couscous, burghul or cracked wheat with hot water and leave it for 30 min.
  2. Gently mix all the ingredients into the couscous.
  3. Add squeezed lemon juice or chopped lemon as well.
  4. Place the salad in the fridge to infuse the flavours.
  5. Serve with fresh lettuce leaves.
