Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté till lightly browned. Add green chilies and sauté further for a minute.
  2. Add gram flour and sauté on low heat till brown.
  3. Finely chop spinach and add and mix. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well and cook till spinach is done.
  4. Transfer into a large bowl. Add cottage cheese and mix. Add potato and chili flakes and mix.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan and drizzle some oil on it.
  6. Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them into small patty.
  7. Shallow-fry the patty on the hot pan, turning sides, till brown and crisp on both sides. Drain on absorbent paper.
  8. Arrange them on a serving plate, sprinkle oregano and serve immediately.
