Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 160C/300F/Gas 2.
  2. Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.
  3. Blend the wet ingredients together and mix well into the dry ingredients.
  4. Pour the mixture into the lined baking tin.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 mins.
  6. Let the cake go cold in the tin, before slicing into squares.
  7. Dust the squares with cocoa powder.
