Instructions
  1. Mix all the chicken ingredients and marinade the chicken cubes in the mix for half hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  3. Deep fry the chicken till it gets golden brown and keep aside.
  4. In a separate saucepan or wok, heat the oil.
  5. Add ginger and garlic and saute it for a minute or so.
  6. Now add the tomato puree and let it cook for 5 mins.
  7. Then add tomato ketchup and all the spices.
  8. Let it cook for 3 more minutes.
  9. Add water and let it come to a boil.
  10. Mix cornflour in a little bit of water. Then add it to the sauce to thicken it.
  11. Enjoy it with egg fried rice or garlic fried rice.
