Instructions
  1. Lightly fry the chopped bacon until cooked
  2. Line an 8 inch pie tin with foil.
  3. Roll out one third of the pastry and cut into a circle for the lid.
  4. Roll out the rest of the pastry and line the pie tin.
  5. Dampen the edges of the pastry with some of the beaten egg.
  6. Mix the cheese, Onion, Seasoning and eggs well together.
  7. Stir in the bacon and tomato.
  8. Spread the mixture into the pastry case and cover with the lid.
  9. Seal the pie’s edges together with finger and thumb. Cut a vent into the lid.
  10. Bake at 375°F gas mark five for 46 to 50 minutes until well risen and brown.
