Instructions
  1. Gently dry cook the seeds and grind.
  2. Put the other ingredients in a food processor and add the seeds.
  3. Process coarsely.
  4. Shape into balls, flatten slightly and roll in the plain flour, to coat.
  5. Add the oil to a frying pan and gently fry the falafels.
  6. Serve with the sesame seeds sprinkled over and some of the chopped fresh coriander.
