Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 220˚C (gas mark 9). Sprinkle a large baking sheet with a little cornmeal or polenta.
  2. Mix the salami, cheeses, tomatoes and herbs. Season to taste. Use the dough to roll 2 bases 30cm diameter. Put on a baking sheet, then brush with oil.
  3. Cover half of each pizza base with the mix leaving a 2cm border.
  4. Brush the edges with water and fold the base over the filling. Crimp the edges to seal.
  5. Brush with oil, then bake for 20-25 mins. Cool slightly and serve.
