Salad Tabule

This recipe can be made with buckwheat, couscous, burghul or cracked wheat



  • 400g buckwheat, couscous, burghul or cracked wheat
  • 200g green (spring) onions
  • 250 g chopped parsley
  • 300 g chopped lettuce
  • 200 g chopped tomatoes
  • 300 g tomato paste
  • Sea salt and ground red and black pepper
  • 1 lemon


Macerate 400 gr buckwheat, couscous, burghul or cracked wheat with hot water and leave it for 30 min. Then chop 200 gr green (spring) onions, 250 gr parsley,  300 gr lettuce and add to the mass. Add 200 gr chopped tomato and 300 gr tomato paste. Then add spices like red and bleak pepper (minced), salt and olive oil (200 gr). Add squeezed lemon juice or chopped lemon as well. Place the salad in the fridge in order tastes got mixed and serve with fresh lettuce leaves.

Shock Manje



  • 4 eggs
  • 220g sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g bar of dark chocolate
  • 200 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon cognac
  • cinnamon to taste


Break 4 eggs, seperate the white from the yolk. Add 200 gr sugar to the white and whisk until it becomes meringue. When the meringue is ready add the egg yolks one by one, then add 1 tsp vanilla extract. Melt one bar of dark chocolate, then add 200 gr butter, 1 tb sp cognac,  cinnamon and leave it to steal. Mix these two masses together, pour in glasses  and place in the fridge. You may spread chopped nuts or grated chocolate on the top.

Cake Mikado

  • 2 eggs
  • 450 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 400 grams of flour
  • 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 30 Grams of cacao powder

Filo Layers

Break 2 eggs and mix them with 250 grams butter and add 200 gr sugar. Whisk the mixture until it becomes white, then add 200 gr sour cream. Gradually add the flour (400 gr), until you have soft dough. It should not stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 7 parts and roll them until they become as thin as paper. Bake the layers in the preheated oven (180C) for 15-20 min.


Whisk 200 gr butter and add 400 gr  condensed milk, then add 30 gr cacao powder.

Spread the cream on all layers and add grated chocolate on the top. Place the cake in the fridge and cut, when it is already soft.
